Minimum requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in agriculture or related field is a plus
Previous experience working in a citrus packhouse or similar fresh produce packing facility
Strong knowledge of citrus fruit varieties, grading standards, and packing procedures
Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate a team
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control and food safety
Familiarity with equipment used in packhouse operations, such as conveyor systems, sorting machines, and packaging equipment
Managing the GlobalGAP in the packhouse
