MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous
Minimum 5 years experience in citrus/fruit farming
Minimum of 3 years in a production management role
Computer literacy essential
Latest/modern technology knowledge
Proven administrative and management experience
Strong and effective communication and written skills
SUPERIOR knowledge of modern farming practices, especially in terms of citrus cultivation essential
