Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil and Structural Estimator to join our team in Gauteng. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for civil and structural projects. You will work closely with the project team to analyze project requirements, review designs, and prepare detailed cost estimates. Responsibilities: Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates Review designs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities Prepare quantity take-offs and material pricing Obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Compile and submit accurate and competitive bids Prepare and present cost estimate reports to management and clients Track and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate with project team to ensure timely completion of estimates Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and structural estimating Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices Proficiency in estimating software and tools Excellent mathematical and analytical skills Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Valid driver's license Benefits Salary: negotiable.
