We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Draughtsman. As a Civil Draughtsman, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate and detailed technical drawings for civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in CAD software and a strong understanding of civil engineering principles.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts for civil engineering projects, including buildings, roads, bridges, and infrastructure.
Interpret and review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other data to prepare accurate drawings.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to understand project requirements and specifications.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards in all drawings.
Revise drawings as necessary, based on feedback from project stakeholders.
Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates and material take-offs.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in drafting technology and software.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Civil Draughtsman, preferably in a construction or engineering firm.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
