Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Minimum B Eng/BSc Eng/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Candidate must be professionally registered with ECN (Incorporated or Professional)
Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years post-graduation practical experience in civil infrastructure design, drafting and site supervision
Ability to work independently, but also to function well in a team environment.
Self-motivation.
Good communication and inter-personal skills required to build and maintain client relations.
Ability to integrate and cooperate with other engineering and non-engineering disciplines.
Experience in AutoCAD, Civil3D or similar design packages
Code B or BE drivers license and own transport
Experience in AutoCAD, Civil3D or similar design packages

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Assistance with proposals
Planning and/or conceptual design, detail design, specification, procurement process administration and contract administration of projects.
Carrying out measurements and valuations to produce accurate project schedules, quantities and valuations at all stages of a project.
Providing project information and assistance to enable effective project management.
Construction contract documentation compilation and procurement processes.
Contract administration and management supporting the engineers and acting as engineers.
Assistance with technical advancement and business development by pursuing technical excellence
Construction supervision and maintaining quality assurance on projects.
Quality Assurance Process management
Site Supervision
Ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of statutory procedures and technical standards.
