RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to join our client's team. As a Civil Engineer at RPO Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from infrastructure development to construction projects. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Responsibilities Design and develop engineering plans and blueprints for various construction projects. Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project requirements. Perform calculations and analysis to ensure the feasibility and safety of engineering projects. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success. Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to provide innovative solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer. Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
