- Grade 12
- 10 years + relevant experience in engineering
- BTech or BSc Degree
- Registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer
- Understanding of GCC, FIDIC, NEC, JBCC
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Signing off designs and or drawings as a responsible professional engineer
- Client liaison
- Manage and direct multiple design teams
- Developing Scope of Work for projects
- collaborate with consultants/specialists in major technical support areas
- Establish design tools, software
- Schedule, coordinate and participate in engineering design reviews
- Participate in staff development
- Ensure that Quality Assurance policies are applied
- Monitoring teams and contractors representatives during the construction phase
- Manage the preparation of technical reports, designs, cost estimates, procurement documentation
- Attend site visits/meetings
