A medium sized built enviroment firm specializing in civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services, Project management and Health and safety consulting. Consulting 60% Construction 40% You will be responsible for the following in the main: Planning, design and contract administration of civil engineering projects from inception to completion. Preparation of tender documents. Preparation of reports (Project Inception, Concept and Viability, Design, tender evaluation, progress, financial, close-out, etc). Handling technical queries and resolutions and leading Site and Technical Meetings on site, including the taking of minutes. Financial control of construction contracts Assisting with project safety and environmental matters during construction. BSc /BEng / BTech degree in Civil Engineering. Must be professionally registration with ECSA (Pr.Eng / Pr.Tech Eng) - No Candidates Registration with SACPMP as a PR.CPM would be advantageous. R 90 000.00 (CTC)
