Salary : R25 000 – R30 000 Basic pm (Depending on experience), plus Medical Aid, Pension Fund, Vehicle Allowance and Cell Phone Allowance. Minimum Requirements: B. Tech and/or BSc Degree in Civil Engineering Pr. Tech/Pr. Eng will be advantageous SACPCMP registration will be advantageous LIC qualification will be advantageous Minimum 2 years of working experience in sewer, water, roads and stormwater Valid driver's license with own reliable vehicle Fluent in Sesotho and English Willing to travel and sleep out (as and when required) Duties & Responsibilities: Project management and client engagement Preparation of Business Plans beneficial Tender document compilation (including preparation of Bill of Quantities and Specifications). Contract Administration (GCC 2015 including evaluation of claims, a compilation of variation orders, preparation of contractual documentation and correspondence, management of program and cashflow, chairing of progress meetings, and preparation of minutes) (FIDIC experience beneficial). Construction Monitoring (Measurement and preparation of payment certificates, quality control, EPWP reporting).
