As a Civil Estimator, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients in their construction projects. You will be responsible for determining the costs and resources required for construction projects, ensuring accurate estimations, and ultimately contributing to the success of the overall project. Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to identify costs and potential risks. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary information for estimates. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and conditions. Research and source pricing for materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Evaluate and compare bids from contractors and suppliers. Prepare and present detailed reports and cost breakdowns to clients. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Civil Estimator in the Construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials. Proficiency in estimating software and tools. Exceptional mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
