You will need to use WBS worksheets and BOQ to programme projects using CPA. Apply resource leveling. Update the program monthly and submit progress to the Site gent. Update programme to incorporate extension of time claims. Do reporting, manage measurements, do cost management, and contractual management. Check all benchmarks, survey beacons and existing connection points for accuracy. Report any discrepancies from plan or existing information. Check levels of the previous day, especially where work has to continue. Ensure that each team has line and level in place to start work timeously. Locate all indicated existing services report line and level clashes. Check and observe level and line during pipelaying. Report any deviations immediately.
