RPO Recruitment is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Civil Site Agent to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation Collaborate with project teams, contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project specifications Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Address any issues or challenges that arise during the course of projects and implement effective solutions Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Site Agent or in a similar role Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques Excellent project management and organizational skills Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders Proficiency in construction management software and relevant tools Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
