As a Civil/Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of various structures, ensuring their stability and integrity. You will work closely with a team of engineers to develop innovative solutions, utilizing your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will be involved in project management, coordinating with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion. Responsibilities: Conducting feasibility studies and site inspections to assess project requirements and constraints Performing detailed calculations and analysis to determine structural integrity and stability Designing and preparing technical drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution Managing and overseeing the construction process, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards Preparing reports, progress updates, and cost estimates for clients and stakeholders Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil/structural engineering Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and structural analysis software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards Benefits Salary: negotiable Training & Development Performance Bonas Health Insurance RPO Recruitment focuses on helping you reach your personal and professional goals by connecting you to your perfect career path.
