RPO Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a highly skilled Civil/Structural Project Manager for the consulting industry. Our client, a reputable consulting firm, is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil and structural engineering projects from start to finish. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. You will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Additionally, you will be involved in design review, quality control, and risk management. It is essential that the Project Manager has a deep understanding of civil and structural engineering principles and possesses strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee civil and structural engineering projects from initiation to completion Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules Ensure compliance with project requirements, design standards, and regulatory codes Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement appropriate solutions Coordinate resources and manage project budgets and timelines Review design documents, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and completeness Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil/Structural Project Manager in the consulting industry Professional Engineering (PE) license required Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles and design standards Experience with project management software and tools Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and teams Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of construction codes and regulations Benefits Salary: negotiable RPO Recruitment focuses on helping you reach your personal and professional goals by connecting you to your perfect career path.
