Our Insurance Client is looking for a Claims Administrator (Commercial & Personal Lines) Salary R18 000 - R25 000 based on experience Minimum requirements: To provide clients with an efficient and effective claims service and support in respect of their claims Full qualification at NQF Level 4 Class of Business Training (if applicable) FAIS Regulatory Exam (RE5) Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience Attention to detail and a systematic, thorough approach Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent conflict-handling skills Highly competent with MS Office Suite, Paperless environment, and workflow experience The registration and maintenance of all motor and non-motor claims on existing policies Handling all claims until finality and within the Company mandates Ongoing communication with Brokers and Client liaison teams telephonically and via email, in respect of the status of their claims Recoveries and third-party approaches Consultant: Mellissa Rambally - Dante Personnel Johannesburg Apply via our website www.dantesa.co.za If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
