Grade 12 (Matric) 1 - 2 Years' Experience in Long & Short-Term Claims Administration FAIS (Financial Advisory & Intermediary Services) & RE5 Accreditation (advantageous) Computer Literacy Telephonic and Written Skills. Proficient in MS Office General policy administration to ensure that customer's information is updated and correct. Liaising and assisting customers with the claim process to ensure seamless process. Customer retention administration and policy fulfillment to increase the loyalty of customers. Handling customer complaints and disputes to avoid poor customer dissatisfaction.
