You will provide strategic direction and overall leadership in the total, large and complex Short Term Insurance Moto and Non-Motor Claims process. You will be responsible for achieving optimal levels of efficiency of claims operating procedures so that the highest standard of quality and customer service is maintained. Requirements: Matric - With MathematicsRENQF 5 in Short Term Insurance Degree in Law or Risk preferredClass of BusinessMust be FAIS compliant12-15 years of relevant work experience within Short Term Insurance Claims validations and settlement for both personal and commercial lines motor and non-motor.At least 8 years of Managerial experience at an Insurer or Risk Carrier.
