Quantum Foods has a career opportunity at one of its Packstations for a Clerical Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This position will report directly to the Accountant and will be based at our Brackenfell offices in Cape Town, Western Cape. Supervise accounting procedures Manage working capital Verify monthly ledger accounts Compile monthly reports Maintain the financial procedures of the unit Supervise a team Assist with stock take (weekly & monthly) Assist with stock accuracy at units Conduct daily checks & sign off on cash office recons Manage stock returns daily Manage customer claims Relieve switchboard Studying towards an Accounting qualification (minimum) National Diploma in Accounting (advantageous) Preferrably three to four years' relevant experience Experience in FMCG (advantageous) SAGE experience (advantageous) B2B experience (advantageous) At Quantum Foods we are committed to Employment Equity and offer a competitive salary package and benefits.
