Quantum Foods has a career opportunity within its Nova Feeds Division for a Clerk General II to join our dynamic team. This position will primarily be responsible for administration duties in the Finance Department. This position will be based at Nova Feeds Paterson feed factory. Reception duties Create sales orders Create internal orders (UB) Invoicing and filing (manual delivery notebook included) Confirmation of orders with customers Backflushing POD Scanning Ad hoc administration tasks Matric Minimum of 1-2 years' experience SAGE experience would be advantageous Computer literate Team player Good communication skills Highly motivated and self-starter Attention to detail Accuracy At Quantum Foods we are committed to Employment Equity and offer a competitive salary package and benefits.
