This remote role involves coordinating various operational tasks and providing essential support to the client operations team. The Client Operations Coordinator will manage and streamline administrative processes, ensuring efficient workflow, reporting and accurate documentation. Additionally, this person will be required to assist with user installations, basic troubleshooting of installations and solution testing.
