Joining our growing South African team, this role will see you identify and close new business opportunities in assigned accounts to increase DASSAULT SYSTEMES footprint and deliver revenue plan. You will sell DASSAULT SYSTEMES value and strategic vision by promoting Industry Fundamentals and/or Brand promises to get customer commitment on a long-term business transformation. Mission and role description A Senior Client Account Executive, focused on growing new accounts in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions in diversified industries such as Consumer Packaged Goods - Retail, Transport & Mobility and Energy & Materials Demonstrate value on focused brand discipline and/or industry segment engagements through C Level led engagements within assigned accounts Generate growth in priority areas according to sales initiatives defined by Brands / Industries May extend reach to other domains/segments than his/her primary scope (Brand disciplines / Industry segments) when relevant by involving DASSAULT SYSTEMES ecosystem Build sustainable relationships with customer's Champions to facilitate access to customer's Executive levels Transform Marketing and Sales leads into Opportunities Create the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives Perform end-to-end sales engagements to achieve the revenue plan Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all DASSAULT SYSTEMES engagement processes and government and local regulations, DASSAULT SYSTEMES policies and ethical standards for doing business String Pipeline management skills Involve and manage DASSAULT SYSTEMES & Client ecosystems when needed to demonstrate value Capitalize & share knowledge (key wins & customer success references) with peers and internal ecosystems Qualifications Holder of a Master degree or equivalent, you have 5-7 years' experience as a successful software solution sales representative at an enterprise level. Experience at leading complex, enterprise-wide sales engagements Organized, detail oriented, able to synthesize complex issues clearly for executive escalations Self-motivated, yet clearly a team player. Ability to engage at a C Level within the customer organization Strong presentation and organization skills (both internal and customer) Able to work in a matrixed organization to get results Good customer facing skills; able to negotiate and build consensus under pressure Clear communicator - comfortable presenting in front of audience and dealing with executive audiences as well as technical experts.
