CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - Pietermaritzburg
RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER for a well-established concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Relevant qualifications (business studies or similar).
Person must be able to speak, read and write in English fluently.
Valid Code 08 drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office / Email). Intermediate / advanced MS Excel skills.
Previous working experience on Xero programme.
3yrs+ previous working experience with booking systems, sales and customer service.
Working experience / knowledge of the real estate industry an added advantage.
Manage the operation of the work place to ensure all members are taken care of, which includes office, retail and meeting rooms/work space.
Management of memberships.
Management of the building and other assets.
Staff management.
Health and safety management.
Organising and coordinating events.
Planning and scheduling.
Time management.
Building maintenance.
Managing upkeep and housekeeping.
Project management.
