Unique opportunity to join a well-established family owned business as a Client Relationship Manager.
The business has a niche Quantitative Risk product offering into the asset manager industry.
More about the role:
- The role has a primary focus of Customer Success / Client Relationship Management. With a secondary focus into the Quants side, should there be interest to grow in this area.
- The role will engage with clients (mainly Fund/Portfolio Managers). It would involve training new clients on the system, training new staff at current clients, and monthly reporting, including presentations.
- The role doesn’t include client sourcing, however, if the incumbent in the role has contacts and possible clients, this would be a bonus.
- They are ideally looking for someone who is able to develop an excellent understanding of their product (system), to be the best ambassador and client face possible into their clients.
- The role has regular interactions with clients, at time in-person, at times via virtual meetings. This person would need to be very personable.
The ideal qualifications include:
- Degree in Stats / Risk Management / Business Science / Commerce
- Programming experience a bonus (as there would be opportunity for the person to get involved in some development too)
- Some corporate client relationship exposure.
The business is based in the Southern Suburbs, though it would largely be a remote role.
