A world-renowned organisation is looking for a Client Relationship Manager. The main purpose of the role is to serve and develop a Chinese portfolio for the company's clients as well as new clients through non-credit business. Your key responsibilities will include, but is not limited to: To develop Chinese background corporate clients To serve and develop non-credit business with existing and new clients. To support and ensure every transaction being processed timely. To improve client's satisfaction rate with the company's service, expand the influence of the company among the Chinese background clients in South Africa Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the branch's management. Main Competencies Marketing skill - To communicate clients with honesty, integrity, and good standing. Extensive knowledge - To have a good understanding of bank's products and good learning ability. Risk and compliance awareness - To have the knowledge and awareness on requirements of FSCA, SARB, ML/TF/PF risk, compliance risk and other risks concerning banking industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good time management and organisational skills Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above At least 1 year working experience related in banking industry.
