Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-ups Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution Client Onboarding: Provide the client with onboarding documentation, including contracts, service agreements, and any necessary forms Clearly outline terms and conditions, as well as expectations regarding deliverables and timelines Offer training sessions or educational resources to familiarize the client with your products/services Provide guidance on how to utilize your offerings effectively to achieve their desired outcomes Client Coaching: building trust and rapport, clarifying goals, assessing the current situation, identifying obstacles, and developing actionable plans Client Support Collaboration with Various Departments Product Knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Technical proficiency and the ability to understand product features and benefits Passion for delivering exceptional customer care Problem-solving skills and adaptability Prior experience in customer care and - management is required Prior knowledge of the NGO-landscape would be advantageous
