Client Service Administrator - Cape Town Region

Our client in the financial services industry is seeking Client Service Administrators to join their team. You will be responsible for answering calls, making calls, dealing with queries and complaints, updating client information, translating written correspondence into English etc. Grade 12 Credit and criminal clear (essential) 2 years customer service experience within a contact centre is a must Able to speak, read and write (you will be assessed): English, Xhosa, Zulu, Sotho and one other African language: Tswana, Pedi, Venda, Tsonga etc Computer literate (Word and Excel) If you meet all of the above requirements, then email your CV to recruitmentcorporateplacements.co.za Please note only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
