REQUIREMENTS- Matric, tertiary qualification advantageous
- Experience: Min one to two years
- Good computer skills, working on Word and basic Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Very willing to learn and extend your skills, full training will be given in this role
- Positive attitude essential to excel in this role
DUTIES- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- Coordinating administration duties for various operations
- Manage data input and data capturing
- Extensive customer interaction
- Managing enquiries and problem solving
- Managing client registrations
- Working on internal and external databases
- Managing workload received from colleagues in department
