Key Outputs: To support sales team with all related administrative and coordination functions for effective and efficient service delivery to all stakeholders.To provide administrative support in an office environmentSupply information to the (internal and external) customersRecord and calculate commission payableOnboarding of new businessEnsuring that the compliance and process checks are being done at onboarding stage.Ensuring that the communication feedback loop is adhered toEnsuring that supporting documentation is timeously uploaded and storedAdhering to SLA for all processesProvide weekly stats and reports to TL or as and when neededEnsuring that SOP is followed to remain complaintManage sales tracking tools and report on important information.Keep record of sales trends.Liaise with Key account executive to develop specific sales strategies and ensuring happy clients.Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.Inter department enquiry management.Excellent customer service and effective communication.
