Our client is seeking an experienced Client Services Representative to join the Port Elizabeth team, · Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.· Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.· Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.· Oversee client interactions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.· Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.· Utilize athletic experiences to build rapport with clients and enhance their overall experience. · Grade 12· Tertiary qualification preferred· Proven experience in a client services or customer support role.· Strong leadership and team management skills.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Passion for athletics and active involvement in sports as a hobby.· Valid drivers license Liezel Harrington
