Job Title: Clinic PromoterLocation: Marie Stopes Gandhi Square Clinic, Umoya House Corner Rissik and, Marshall St, Marshalltown, Johannesburg, 2092Duration: 2-month trial period (with the possibility of extension) Working Hours: 8 am to 12 pm, Monday to Saturday. Payment: Monthly salary, with payment by the 7th of the month. Two promoters needed, with a referral incentive. (market related)Job Overview: Marie Stopes Clinic is seeking a dedicated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Clinic Promoter. This role involves engaging with clients outside the clinic, providing assistance, and sharing information about reproductive health services.Responsibilities:1. Client Engagement - Assist clients in locating the clinic entrance. - Prevent clients from being intercepted. - Patrol the area. - Engage in friendly conversations.2. Information Dissemination: - Receive training on reproductive health services and clinic procedures to effectively communicate information to clients. - Provide accurate and helpful information to clients about Marie Stopes services, emphasizing confidentiality, safety, and support.3. Trial Period Performance: - Demonstrate a proactive approach to the role during the two-month trial period. - Adapt and learn quickly to enhance job performance. - Accept feedback and make necessary improvements based on evaluations.Qualifications:1. Personality Traits: - Friendly, approachable, and outgoing. - Passionate about reproductive health and pro-choice values. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.2. Education and Training: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Willingness to undergo training on reproductive health and clinic procedures.3.
