Private Hospital client seeks to employ a Registered Nurse to accurately capture Clinical Coding of patients. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with Hospital Case Management teams for liaising between patients, treating clinicians and managed care organisations. Providing Clinical Coding that is updated in accordance with the patient's response to treatments. Assess clinical statements and convert the info into ICD 10 and CPT coding on the patient's account. Key requirements: Nursing Diploma and active registration with SANC as a Registered Nurse. Certificate in Advanced Complete ICD-10 for South Africa. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Clinical Coding and/or Case Management in a PRIVATE HOSPITAL environment required. Multi-disciplinary clinical experience and knowledge of medical terminology. Valid driver's license and ability to travel. Ability to work extended hours when required.
