- To conduct Competency Assessments, on site Orientation and Continuous Evaluations of Nursing staff
- Assess the learning needs of individuals and develop appropriate educational materials and strategies to meet those needs.
- Design and implement educational programs and workshops for all ranks of nursing staff
- Coordinate and deliver hands-on training sessions and case studies to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to healthcare staff, offering constructive feedback and support for their professional development.
- Stay updated with current best practices, evidence-based guidelines, and advancements in healthcare to ensure the educational programs reflect the latest industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant evaluations.
- ICU Trained Registered Nurse (RN)
- Postgraduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Proven experience as a Clinical Facilitator, Clinical Educator, or similar role.
- Strong clinical background and expertise in the healthcare field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and educational methodologies.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and levels of experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using specialised equipment and computer-based learning tools.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and technological advancements.
