Our international medical devices client is looking to appoint a Clinical Specialist in Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis. Role Summary: Develop and regularly update Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis therapy knowledge for healthcare providers Work closely with the Nephrology Society and Ministry of Health, to help develop guidelines for improving patient and clinical outcomes and treatment standards to the next level. Conduct training to ensure that all sales and clinical team are well-trained and confident to meet Health Care Professionals Act as main point of contact for any questions, concerns, or suggestions related to Renal business (HD and PD) End users trainings to maintain effective/proper machine operation and improve therapy penetration Maintain accurate & updated documented records of training outcomes monthly (Assessments & Results) and Internally report therapy situation and updates including competitor activities and other details. Support marketing and sales teams achieve commercial objectives Develop partnership & increase Baxter voice shares in mind of stakeholders Maintain regular in market visits to meet with Key Opinion Leaders & Strategic accounts Create, Communicate, Monitor & Assess Bi Annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys Maintain high level contact/exposure with regional technical and marketing team to share/gain knowledge Support in key launches in the territory Run different machines hands-on (application) training for end user & distributor teams Build partnership with customers with education activities for achieving Therapy/product optimization Handling end users questions and inquiries related to patients connection & machines handling for key customers (in coordination with the distributor teams) Clinical support (e.g. follow up of first patient connection) to end users till they are confident to manage independently Plan and execute the clinical readiness of new company and distributor trainers Monitor and align distributors' clinical activities performance with company strategies and policies and standards Plan and conduct Educational activities as per the needs of the customer and market requirements to increase therapy penetration Monitor and increase profile per each Key hospital Product/Therapy knowledge (Renal Business (HD and PD) Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal Skills Training & Education expertise Market experience of at least 5 years Suitable tertiary education is an advantage Contribution to Medical aid Contribution to Provident fund Apply Now
