Our client requires the services of a Delivery Assurance Manager ( Senior) - Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office rotation. COMMENCEMENT: As soon as possible QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE South African citizens/residents are preferred. Capability as a Test Manager (minimum 5 years) Proven ability to manage a team (minimum 3 years) Resource planning and estimation Owning & tracking the test plan and phases Documenting and evidencing test findings and flows Appreciates the need to plan and manage projects through the benefits they deliver Experience working within the motor manufacturing industry A background in testing of cloud based applications ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter Experience in test planning and strategies Quality assurance methodologies Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams Effectively follow the software development life cycle Engagement with stakeholders at all levels ADVANTAGEOUS TECHNICAL SKILLS Experience with JIRA / Confluence Experience in Agile / Scrum Project Approach A broad knowledge of the project lifecycle Experience leading regional test teams Advocates test asset reuse within IT portfolio Manager to understand what actions are required to close out findings ROLE: Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status Lead execution of planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high quality deliverables for clients Applying standards and specialist quality assurance expertise to deliver, whilst providing effective management to teams NB: By applying for this role, you consent to be added to the iSanqa database and to receive updates until you unsubscribe.
