Job descriptionDuties:Operating and setting of a Fanuc bridge milling machine.Previous CAM experience essential.Programming using Mastercam would be advantageous.Complete QC checks on parts throughout the shift.Maintain good housekeeping.Daily machine maintenance.Competencies:Good planning and organising skills, with regards to daily job planning, tools and equipment preparation and checking of information (correct drawing revision number, queries of any confusing information or instructions prior to machining).Attention to detail, meticulous and accurate.Decisiveness and ability to initiate action.Good understanding and adherence to principles, values, instructions and procedures.Ability to work effectively with people.Coping with pressures and setbacks.Must be able to do repetitive work without losing focus and making mistakes.Job Qualification & Experience -Preferred Requirements:3-5 years of CNC milling experience is a requirementKnowledge Fanuc operating systemsMust be able to read and interpret technical drawings, especially tolerances and surface finishes.Own transport is a requirementWilling to work long hours/ nightshift rotation.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:CNC Turning: 3 years (Required)Ability to Commute:Bellville South, Western Cape (Required)Email Copy of CV and ID to recruitmentsppsa.co.za Subject: REF:CNC001 Apply Now
