- Must have knowledge of MasterCAM 5 Axis Toolpath generation
- Exporting to Robotmaster
- Running 3 Axis and 7 Axis Robot
Duties and Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for operating and maintaining the CNC machine and Robot
- Cutting would be mostly sacrificial moulds, templates, and jigs for various departments
- General admin duties would be maintaining your filing system, keeping a record of materials and consumables, and managing job cards
- CNC work would include preparing models for CNC, generating toolpaths, cutting parts, verifying, and checking dimensions of cut parts
- Assembly, bonding, and vacuum bagging would be required for larger parts
- You may be required to work overtime or on weekends
- Assist the R&D department with other tasks on an ad hoc basis
