Description Requirements Diploma / NQF level 6 in Marketing or Design Studies Up to 3 years of relevant experience in years of relevant experience in Marketing and Communications Responsibilities Responsible and compiling a gift catalog that is aligned with the CI guides Manage stock levels, quality assurance, reordering and distribution of promotional items, brochures, and other marketing collateral Develop and implement templates to ensure a consistent brand image across all communication touchpoints Assist with the briefing, proofing, production, and implementation of CI signage for the firm's buildings & premises, stationery items and business cards, banners, and merchandising Liaise with the agency (when work is outsourced) regarding production timelines and reverts, ensuring that production and publication deadlines are monitored and met Ensure that profile photographs are taken and work with the relevant people to schedule shoots, maintain the database, and ensure brand compliance and consistency of all photographs
