Duties:

To perform scheduled pick-ups and deliveries as instructed.
Ensure that all payload on route is safely loaded and that all measures will be taken to ensure no stock losses occur.
To ensure the delivery vehicle is maintained and in proper running order.
Always keep the delivery vehicle clean and neat.
Complete daily vehicle checks, log sheets diligently and correctly.
To check and sign that all stock being loaded per delivery is correct and corresponds with the pick ticket and delivery note.
Responsible for fueling the truck and submitting tickets for purchase of such fuel to the supervisor.
Attend and successfully complete all necessary staff orientation and training functions.
Adhere to all Health and Safety protocols implemented by the company at all times.
Report all incidents immediately to the office and complete an Incident Report form timeously.
Assist with weekly and monthly Inventory Count
Housekeeping of warehouse to be done as and when needed.
