JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Lawyer within our project-based opportunities, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering excellence in legal services. Your responsibilities will vary based on the specific project but may include: Intelligent Review/eDiscovery: Conducting comprehensive document review and analysis. Utilising advanced technology and legal expertise for efficient data management. Commercial Contracts: Drafting, reviewing, and analysing commercial contracts. Financial Services - Banking and Finance Law: Collaborating with financial institutions on legal matters; Analysing regulatory and compliance issues in the banking and finance sector. REQUIREMENTS A law degree from a top tertiary institution. Admitted Attorney with between 0-8 years of experience. Strong legal research and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Adaptability and a willingness to learn. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Proficiency in legal technology and tools (for IR roles).
