Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the incumbent in this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless support of Cold Chain monitoring and measuring processes. This role also involves the sharing of records, trends, and information with relevant stakeholders. Key Performance Outputs Monitor cold chain for sea-, air- and road freight movements using various monitoring platforms and flag temperature events to operational teams Update and maintain temperature monitor details in the system Download temperature reports once shipments arrive and save to system files Order, replenish, and maintain system records for temperature monitor inventory Interact with vendors and service providers Requirements Qualifications / Experience Senior certificate / Grade 12 / Matric Work experience in the fruit industry beneficial Involvement / exposure to Cold chain management beneficial Functional / Technical Computer literacy: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent Email etiquette ERP system experience
