- Negotiate contracts with clients.
- Educate clients about the company's products and services.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage the Relationship Manager's schedule and appointments.
- Coordinate with insurers to obtain quotes and follow up on quotes.
- Assist in closing deals when the Relationship Manager is unavailable.
- Grade 12
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Certification in financial services (RE5 / FAIS CREDITS / CPD / CLASS OF BUSINESS).
- Previous experience in short-term insurance is an advantage.
