Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to meet sales targets. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Negotiate contracts with clients. Educate clients about the company's products and services. Ensure compliance with industry regulations. Manage the Relationship Manager's schedule and appointments. Coordinate with insurers to obtain quotes and follow up on quotes. Assist in closing deals when the Relationship Manager is unavailable. Requirements: Grade 12 Proven experience in telesales or a similar role. Certification in financial services (RE5 / FAIS CREDITS / CPD / CLASS OF BUSINESS). Previous experience in short-term insurance is an advantage. R 540000 - R 600000 - Annually
