Our client is a leading insurance brokerage based in Befordview. They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Claims Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Design and assist on the Claims system set up project as required by your manager; Gathering claims data from all Insurers and keeping company claims records up to date, including recoveries; Setting up company claims reports as required by your Manager; Assisting on technical claims and attending meeting with Brokers, as required; Tend to the personal tasks assigned by the Brokers for whom you work on a daily basis. These tasks include duties such as running the Brokers diary and taking messages; Assisting in compiling claims analytics, reports and statistics for various Insurers and clients; Preparation of presentations, quotations, claims reports, claim statistics and client portfolio packs; Preparation and maintenance of client fleet lists; Ensuring that the Brokers clients' on Salesforce and Drive folders are up to date; Communication with the Insurer on any policy amendments and claims as per the Brokers instructions; Attend training when required to acquire the needed accreditation Any ad-hoc duties commensurate with the employee's duties set out above as may be required by Department Head from time to time. A minimum of 1 year experience in commercial claims National Senior Certificate (Matric) RE and NQF4 will be beneficial (Depending on Date of First Appointment) Own car and valid driver's licence Valid SA ID Negotiable
