Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate essential
- RE 5
- Higher Certificate in Short term Insurance NQF 5
- Full Qualification NQF 4
- Must be compliant with FAIS Fit and Proper requirements with a track-record of working unsupervised.
- At least 2 years relevant work experience where customer service forms an intrinsic part of the role
- Work experience within a licensed insurer highly advantageous
- Work experience with Brokers Pre-requisite
- Effective time management skills required: the ability to function and perform well in a fast-paced
environment
