- Managing the Revenue & Sales departments to maximise the revenue across the portfolio
- Driving & guiding the sales team towards clear strategically determined revenue goals and new business
- Developing sales & revenue goals and strategies that are in line with the brand strategy for the group and the individual properties
- Managing the properties re-active & pro-active sales efforts
- Collaborating with the Marketing Director to ensure marketing campaigns are developed to support sales and revenue initiatives
- Reviewing STR reports and all other reports available in order to maintain an awareness of each hotels market position
- Attending and running internal RevGen meetings to provide input on overall strategy to ensure increases in revenue
- Attending owners meetings and providing reporting and insightful commentary to instil confidence that proactive, educated strategies are taking place
