Experience and Skills Required:

BCom / BEng + MBA / MBL / Law Qualification
Experience in developing, improving, and implementing of standard terms and conditions that companies engage in business with
In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supply chain best practices
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, finance, and operations, to achieve shared objectives
Ability to identify and assess risks within the supply chain and develop risk mitigation strategies
Proven record of establishing and managing trading & business relationships by specializing in the commercial / contracts division
Experience of being responsible for the profitable management of projects and contracts from inception to completion
