Commercial Sales Broker - Gauteng
We are looking for a Commercial Sales Broker to join our team who specialize in Letting and Sales of warehouses, offices and shops in all the key commercial areas for our offices in Durban. The main focus will be finding new business and assisting landlord with Sales. The candidate must be self-motivated, excellent communication skills, honest and reliable with high standard of client ethic, great negotiation skills, driver’s license and own vehicle essential. Job Responsibilities (but not limited): • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property • Understand clients’ needs and financials abilities • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value • Prepare necessary paperwork (Offer to purchase, fica documents, checklists etc) • Maintain and update listings of available properties • Promote sales through advertisements, property viewings and listing services • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Desired Experience & Qualification MatriculationAgent must hold a FFC (fidelity fund certificate)Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)Previous Commercial Property knowledge an advantageEEAB – NQF Level 4 certificate added advantage.Must have Own Vehicle Package & Remuneration Commission Based.
