Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join the Cape Town team. · Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls,· Meeting planned sales goals,· Setting individual sales targets with the sales team,· Tracking sales goals and reporting results,· Overseeing the sales goals and activities of the sales team· Coordinating with marketing on lead generation,· Promoting the organization and their products, · Grade 12· Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar experience,· Commercial sales experience essential,· Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies,· Experience in managing and directing a Sales team,· Valid drivers license Basic Medical Aid Provident Fund Liezel Harrington
