Duties and Responsibilities: In-depth knowledge of various Commercial products. Understanding of Commercial Lines product requirements. Familiarity with Commercial Lines Industry trends. Logical thinker with the ability to translate product requirements into system functionality. Willingness to learn and investigate new skills. Requirements: Matric is essential. Regulatory Exam: Representatives. FAIS Credits (as per FAIS requirement). Fit & Proper in terms of the FAIS Act. No ITC Credit records or Criminal Record. At least 3 years' experience in Commercial Underwriting. Experience in various commercial products such as Comm, Agri, ST, Engineering, etc. Ability to handle a portfolio of approximately 600 policies. Must be able to speak/read and communicate in Afrikaans and English. Excel knowledge is a minimum requirement. Essential Competencies: Well-spoken with excellent communication skills. Client orientation and attention to detail. Organized and able to handle pressure. Proper telephone etiquette. Must be able to speak/read and communicate in Afrikaans and English. Excel knowledge is a minimum requirement. Attributes: Administratively driven with excellent attention to detail skills. Results-oriented and able to make recommendations and decisions.
