Our client who specializes in tailored finance solutions, is looking for a dynamic and energetic Commercial and Motor Finance & Insurance Manager in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. Kindly note the person will need to service the Eastern Cape region. Extensive traveling within the greater Eastern Cape region is expected. Experience and Emotional Attributes: Experience in the commercial and motor finance space. The main focus will be on the agricultural sector, which means visits to farms and interaction with farmers with regard to vehicles, trucks, and farm equipment in general. A good understanding of financial statements, the analysis thereof, and the packaging of deals for finance approval (Critical on the commercial side). Ability to work independently without minimum supervision. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent customer service. Ability to do ‘’cold calling’’ to source new business – in the commercial and agricultural spheres. Must be able to travel to source business. Good understanding of the finance industry. Qualifications: Full Retail & Insurance qualification as prescribed by FAIS. INSETA certificate to be produced. NCA accredited – NCA card to be produced. Class of Business (COB) and Product Specific Training (PST) must have been done. Certificates to be produced. RE5 certification. Certificate to be produced. Continues Professional Development up to date (CPD). 18.5 points in the last cycle that ended on 31/5/2022. DOFA (date of first appointment on the central rep register with the FSCA) to be produced. Salary Package: R15 000.00 to R20 0000.00 gross basic. (The basic salary is negotiable depending on the age, qualifications, and experience of the candidate.) Company Car. Cell phone allowance of R1000.00. Fuel reimbursement as per company policy. Provident Fund. Lucrative and competitive commission paid on successfully concluded transactions as per sliding scale – calculated on average per unit (APU).
